Store and Sales Manager
The Store and Sales Manager is responsible for answering phones, online requests, emails, cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase customer penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within ClickAway’s products and services.
Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing customer base.
IT Technician
The Tech will receive devices from customers, listen and discuss the problems, diagnosis software/hardware, and provide appropriate steps for troubleshooting.
IT Technicians will run diagnostic tools on Apple, Android, and Windows devices, networks, or other devices and present options to customers; take appropriate actions based on authorization from customers. Repair, replace, install, and/or upgrade hardware and software.
Network Specialist / IT Technician
The Network Specialist will build, upgrade, repair, and maintain workstations, servers, run and terminate cables, install and configure access points/gateways/routers, and mesh networks. This includes work in-store and on-site at home or businesses troubleshooting their software and hardware communication.
The Specialist will also work in-store as an IT Technician which entails receive devices from customers, listen and discuss the problems, diagnosis software/hardware, and provide appropriate steps for troubleshooting after running diagnostics to determine best course of action with the customer.
Mobile Device Specialist / IT Technician
The Mobile Device Specialist will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and updating devices such as smart phones, tables, convertibles, and laptops including replacing batteries and screens, on the latest apple and android devices as well on brand name laptops with different OS like Windows, Mac, Chrome, etc. The Specialist will also assist in helping customers with their settings, cloud storage, and apps on their devices.
The Specialist will also work in-store as an IT Technician which entails receive devices from customers, listen and discuss the problems, diagnosis software/hardware, and provide appropriate steps for troubleshooting after running diagnostics to determine best course of action with the customer.
