Free In-Store Basic Diagnosis

To answer your cost and time questions, we need to get specific about your type of device, manufacturer and model, symptoms, etc. and whether the work will be done at our store or your home or office.

Create a Cost and Time Estimate

Within 24 hours, your assigned Technician will contact you to discuss the issue with your device, and provide you with options and pricing for repair and getting you back up and running.

Perform The Required Services

With your approval, we will order any parts needed and start working on your device. Your assigned Technician will update you frequently throughout the repair process.

Pick Up!

Once your device is complete and running smoothly, we will contact you for pickup, which can be done at our store or delivery, for an extra fee, to your home or office.

ClickAway is not responsible for 3rd party software, applications, external devices not provided and installed by ClickAway, or software downloaded from the internet.

ClickAway Limited Warranty

ClickAway warrants the hardware products it uses will be free from defect in materials and workmanship. As further described in the following text, the limited warranty term is 30 days beginning on the date of invoice. After 30 days, ClickAway will send defective materials to the manufacturer. Processing will be dependent upon the manufacturer's warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by ClickAway, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by ClickAway. Product returns are allowed within 15 days from the date of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns must be in new, re-sellable condition and have all packaging materials, books, disks, software, and other related accessories.

Open Box Merchandise Warranty

Used / Open Box merchandise has been tested and is guaranteed to work for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to the limited technical support resources available, ClickAway cannot guarantee the used merchandise will operate properly with other hardware or software the customer may wish to install themselves. ClickAway assumes the purchaser of used merchandise has adequate knowledge of the merchandise and cannot be responsible for any damage done to the merchandise due to the purchaser installing hardware themselves. In addition, ClickAway will not be responsible for problems occurring with the normal operation of this used merchandise due to the purchaser installing any additional software. ClickAway also will not be responsible for any physical damage done to the merchandise by the purchaser.
