My company's IT Dept. recommended Clickaway last March when my 3 year old pc was beginning to have problems. I visited their store and received an extensive diagnostic test and recommendations for making it like new. It was well worth the small investment. I had a problem this week and called their Almaden store location. The technician not only remembered me and my company, he was able to pull up the history on my computer and the work that was done. He then drove to my workplace and solved my frozen computer within 90 minutes at no additional cost. Now that's great service! My only other option was to drive to San Jose, leave my computer overnight for repairs and then drive back to pick it up. Thank you! You'll continue to be my guy from now on! There are many things worse than your computer going south on a Monday morning - but its still pretty frustrating, especially during this time of shelter and shutdown. My computer monitor decided to die just after I opened our office this week and ClickAway in Campbell made it bearable by getting us up and running. Their technician brought out a couple of monitors that would fit the space I had, set us up, adjusted the settings and took the dinosaur to recycle with him. I couldn't have asked for a more painless service call. He was bright spot we needed!

I called ClickAway in Campbell to come to my boss's home to set up a home computer we had moved from his office. He's 85 and wants to work solely from home. The tech who came out was fantastic! Had the computer up and running in minutes, linked it and another computer to a printer, which he also set up, and made some great suggestions to make the space more accessible for my boss, who uses a cane. We were both so happy with the service provided and so relieved that this home office space is now fully functional. Five stars for ClickAway!

I work from home since COVID, and use my custom built personal PC for the work week. I recently got a new motherboard, cpu, and ram and didn't want to deal with the hassle of installing myself as I'd done in the past. Since I need a functioning PC during the week I shopped around through Yelp messaging to find a place that could work with my schedule. ClickAway was one of the most thorough in their communication and active in scheduling, and offered a reasonable quote. Jnana was awesome. He set me up to drop off Friday evening and had the PC ready to go Saturday. His manager Ashor finished the transaction when I picked up and he was super friendly and helpful too. I've had a day to test it, everything running great, and benchmarks w/ the new hardware are outstanding. The guys do pretty much everything electronic: PC's, laptops, phones, game consoles, etc. I highly recommend them and will def use them if/when I need to again.
