We off a free diagnostic on all brands of computers, cell phones, printers, tablets and game consoles. You’ll know just what your computer needs to get healthy again. Once we have diagnosed your device, we will provide a detailed repair quote, and it's up to you to decide to have any repair performed. How long does my free diagnostic take?
Some diagnostics can take up to 24 hours depending on what we are checking. Our repair experts will keep you in the loop and provide you with a status report as your diagnostic runs.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
Our BASIC diagnostic is FREE - a $79 value.
Our ADVANCED diagnostic starts as low as $99.
Will ClickAway be able to repair everything on-site?
Most of our repairs can be done on-site, but some repairs (i.e. advanced data recovery, hard drive malfunctions) will have to be done in special clean rooms or labs to guarantee the integrity of the data.
Can I rent I computer in case my repair takes longer?
ClickAway offers rental computer services.
