Job Description: Service managers make key decisions in many areas, from team hiring and development, to technology deployment, to operations management, that will support our efforts in creating an amazing customer experience. Tech Center service managers will learn the best practices for computer/mobile device repair and home & business networking. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and technical prowess are a must for a successful service manager.
