For the third consecutive polling year, the residents of Silicon Valley – who may know a thing or two about computers – have voted best computer repair and selected ClickAway as the top. It is an honor and a privilege, and also a reminder of our responsibility to not just live up to, but in fact, to exceed the expectations that come with that title.
The Bay Area News Group, which publishes 38 newspapers, including the Contra Costa Times, Oakland Tribune, San Mateo County Times, and San Jose Mercury News, have been running their reader polls for four years. ClickAway has won all three times that “Computer Repair” has been included as a category. And while we’re disappointed we weren’t even considered for our amazing chili recipe, it’s great to be recognized for your core competency by your core constituents. It’s one thing to be recognized by experts and industry insiders, but our main goal is to provide amazing customer service and make computer repair an easy and friendly experience for people and businesses. If you were to think about another Bay Area organization that also has a pretty good track record this decade, the Giants, you’d probably think of their great starting pitching, timely hitting, and never-say-die spirit. But we also know that it isn’t always possible to bring your computer to one of our stores. That’s why we also offer very affordable on-site service, where we come to you. Our technicians can repair at your home, or we also offer you a pickup/delivery option – we’ll call you and let you know the diagnosis, so you don’t have to worry.
Of course, we also know there are some very minor issues that don’t rise to the level of repair. You may have lost a file, or can’t access a program, or are just having trouble getting the thing to load right. For a lot of this, taking it in isn’t worth the trouble. That’s why we also offer telephone support and remote online support. We’ll walk you through it. You get all our expertise without even having to stand up.
