As soon as we install our monitoring agent on your workstations or server
(roughly a five minute task), it begins a comprehensive audit of
your entire system. This gives our technicians, as well as your own staff,
a visual representation of each system's OS version,
Service Pack status, installed programs
and Anti Virus/Spyware status, as well as
a complete hardware rundown. This
information is viewable from any location through our
128 bit-encrypted web portal.
But it doesn't stop there. We install and manage full anti-virus, anti-spyware, and temporary file deletion campaigns. Update and patch management are also part of the equation - around the clock, seven days a week. You will never again have to worry if one or more of your systems has had its anti-virus definitions brought up to date recently, or worse, if a virus or Trojan has gone unchecked, because our Managed Services system will identify and remedy such a problem as soon as it arises. How about system memory, CPU usage, and hard drive activity? Yep, we monitor all of those, too, and should any system exceed 90% capacity, or if any of them shows signs of failure or full use, we'll alert you about it via the web portal and by email, providing you with enough time to resolve the issue before it becomes a problem
